These purchase conditions are made available to all customers with the aim of avoiding errors or misunderstandings when placing an order through this e-commerce website. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these conditions.

The purchase conditions may not be modified unilaterally by the buyer, unless there is a prior written agreement between buyer and seller. The fact that the seller does not require compliance with one or more conditions at a given time does not imply waiver or modification of said conditions in future transactions.

The products are sold directly by Servicios Médicos Jorgani S.L.U – DocOnCall (registered trademark), with address at Avenida Islas Canarias, 5. C.C. Calipso – 35508 Lanzarote, Canary Islands, and with CIF B35926682.

1. Product purchase and order acceptance

Please follow the instructions on the website to place your orders. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase medical services.

All requests are subject to our acceptance. Final confirmation will occur via an email indicating that the purchased bonus is now active. *Remember that If the order is placed six (6) hours after its arrival in Lanzarote, there will be a 24-hour waiting period Before being able to access the service.

The contract is considered formalized only with the purchase confirmation sent by email. Said contract will refer exclusively to the expressly confirmed services.

Servicios Médicos Jorgani S.L.U reserves the right to cancel an order at any time before its acceptance, especially in cases of obvious error in the price.

2. Customer Responsibility

The customer is prohibited from entering false, invented or fantasy data in the online purchasing process or in subsequent communications. The Seller reserves the right to take legal action in the event of infringement, in defense of the interests of all consumers.

Acceptance of these conditions exempts the Seller from any liability arising from the issuance of erroneous tax documents due to errors in the data provided by the client at the time of purchase. The client is solely responsible for the veracity of the information provided.

3. Language and Applicable Legislation

The language available for formalizing the contract is Spanish. The applicable legislation will be Spanish.

4. Communication to the Client

The client acknowledges and accepts that all communications, notifications, certificates and reports related to the purchase of bonds will be sent to the email address indicated in the registration. Said communications may be downloaded on a durable medium within the limits provided on the website.

5. Refunds

The bonuses, in all their forms, are personal, non-transferable and not reimbursable.
