1. What is this product?

This voucher offers you access to general medical care in all our centers in Lanzarote. With the €10 bonus, you can go without an appointment to any of our clinics (Costa Teguise, Puerto del Carmen and Playa Blanca) within business hours. With the €18 voucher, you can also request a medical visit at home, available 24 hours a day.”

2. Who is this product aimed at?

This product is aimed at tourists (national or foreign) who visits Lanzarote.

3. When can I buy the voucher?

You can purchase the voucher at any time during your stay on the island.

  • If you buy it within the first 6 hours After your arrival in Lanzarote, you can immediately activate the request for medical assistance.
  • If you acquire it after 6 hours from your arrival, you must wait 24 hours to activate the first request.

For the first request for medical assistance is mandatory Present proof of the date and time of arrival (airline ticket, boarding pass or hotel check-in), along with a valid identification document (passport, NIE or DNI).

4. Once the service is activated, when can I receive medical attention?
  • If you have purchased the BASIC Voucher, you can go to any of our medical centers during business hours without an appointment.
  • If you have purchased the PLUS Voucher and instead of going to our medical centers you want to request a home medical visit, you must contact our nearest center to arrange a time for the visit. The time provided to offer home medical assistance will be less than 90 minutes, except in exceptional situations.

5. Is the voucher refundable?

The purchase of the bonus is NON-REFUNDABLE.

6. What medical emergencies does the bonus cover?

Neither of the two types of bonus: BASIC or PLUS covers medical emergencies.

In case of medical emergency, please immediately contact the national emergency number 112

7. Is it possible to use the voucher several times during my stay in Lanzarote?

Yes, the number of medical visits is unlimited during the validity period of the voucher you have contracted.

8. What happens if I have purchased the BASIC voucher but need a medical service not included in its conditions?

In that case, you will be able to access the service you need by paying the corresponding cost with a special discount of 30% on the usual rate.

9. Can someone else use my bonus?

No. The bonus is strictly personal and non-transferable.

10. What happens if I decide not to use the service?

Even if you do not activate or use the bonus, the purchase will still be not reimbursable.

11. What if I need a specialist, such as a dentist, cardiologist, gynecologist, traumatologist, or digestive doctor?

Specialized medical services are not included in any of the bonuses. However, we can help you make an appointment with the specialist or dentist you need. To do this, you just have to contact us at:
